We primarily utilize experts who already know the customer and, if necessary, introduce new experts to the customer’s operations. Our network of IT professionals includes experts in software and infrastructure services, such as consultants, project and service managers, testing and quality managers, architects, developers, and support and maintenance experts.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

Co-operation is monitored through regular steering group meetings following a set format. We name a Service Manager who will act as the point of contact, coordinate the pool of experts and take responsibility for contracts, reporting and invoicing.

The client gets access to our full pool of experts and wide-reaching networks. If there is no IT specialist available, we will hire new employees and place them in client projects as required. We also make use of our freelancer and subcontractor pool.

The service is able to meet staffing needs rapidly. The Service Manager presents one candidate or several, faster than within the usual response time of approximately two weeks. The client can approve or reject the candidate(s).

The service covers the tasks described in the written contract and additional services may be proposed where needed. Client and provider responsibilities and waivers are defined on a contract-by-contract basis.

We report on the service at agreed intervals and define the most appropriate SLA indicators together with the client. Once the service has started, it will continue as a subscription as agreed. Service changes and termination are agreed with the client.
