An agile way to find different types of IT specialist through one agreement!

Our tried and tested model makes it cost effective to find IT resources. The service is flexible in terms of both personnel selections and the amount of work. We sign individual specialist service agreements for each resource based on a template agreement. The service is continuous and includes a named Service Manager as well as agreed-upon SLAs and collaboration practices. Where possible, we use specialists who are already familiar with the client, and provide new specialists with an induction to the client as necessary.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

Co-operation is monitored through regular steering group meetings following a set format. We name a Service Manager who will act as the point of contact, coordinate the pool of experts and take responsibility for contracts, reporting and invoicing.

The client gets access to our full pool of experts and wide-reaching networks. If there is no IT specialist available, we will hire new employees and place them in client projects as required. We also make use of our freelancer and subcontractor pool.

The service is able to meet staffing needs rapidly. The Service Manager presents one candidate or several, faster than within the usual response time of approximately two weeks. The client can approve or reject the candidate(s).

The service covers the tasks described in the written contract and additional services may be proposed where needed. Client and provider responsibilities and waivers are defined on a contract-by-contract basis.

We report on the service at agreed intervals and define the most appropriate SLA indicators together with the client. Once the service has started, it will continue as a subscription as agreed. Service changes and termination are agreed with the client.

Headhunting

We recruited a BI (Business Intelligence) specialist for our client in the insurance sector. The specialist was tasked with strengthening the client's reporting team. The role included development and maintenance of data warehouses and reporting. The technologies and software used included Power BI, MS SQL, SAP BO, and Informatica. We managed to find several potential candidates with different profiles for the client, who had the positive challenge of finding the best individual to complement their team.

Staffing services

We staffed a project manager to an industrial company for a project lasting approximately six months. Our experienced project manager worked with logistical integration, from testing to pilots to production, and represented the company in dealings with partners and suppliers. Our project manager works on multiple small projects simultaneously, leading to highly varied working days. There is also an international aspect to the role.

Try & hire

We found a Cloud Specialist for our client in the IT sector using the try & hire model. The chosen specialist worked for the client as temporary staff through Nico for 12 months. The specialist's goal was to automate functions relating to deployment, operation, monitoring, scalability and continuity management. During this time the specialist also undertook training and achieved certifications following the cloud provider's (Azure) learning paths. After a year the client was still happy with their choice and hired this employee on a permanent basis.
