WORKING WITH NICO
Through us you get to work on big and interesting projects. In addition to our own top clients, we have a large number of framework agreements with high-profile organizations through our parent company Fujitsu.
You can freely pick the most interesting projects out of the hundreds that pass through us. We will of course suggest the most suitable ones, but you can also freely turn down any projects that you are not keen on. We will take note of your preferences for future projects and map out possible work assignments accordingly. You also have the opportunity of doing one day of paid charity work per year.
Working for Nico is all about freedom and flexibility. This applies to e.g. working hours, where you work and how much say you have in your work. We offer the freedom to choose what you do and how much of it you do. You can choose a project based on your own interests and adjust the amount of work to suit you. You can also impact your working hours and where you work. We care about getting the agreed work done, not where and when it gets done.
Our payment model is open and competitive. You get paid for the work you do based on client billing. We also handle holiday and sick leave payments based on the collective agreement terms. Lack of competent professionals is another factor calling for extended careers. Our flexibility makes it easy to work during retirement while still leaving time for other things – we already employ a number of energetic people with a strong work history in the field.
